Native Nations Law

Address critical public policy issues facing Native Nations through clinical programs and advanced coursework taught by preeminent faculty experts in the field. Led by the Native Nations Law and Policy Center, students will deepen their understanding of tribal cultures in national and international legal contexts while simultaneously working toward the protection and advancement of Indian nations’ cultural resources and legal values. Students have the opportunity to engage directly with Native American communities through non-litigation, tribally-driven clinical projects across a wide cross-section of subjects, ranging from restorative justice to family law to non-profit development and more.
